One product, three jobs
180 desks with 108 occupied on an average day is 60% utilisation, 72 empty desks, and $168,000 a year of the $420,000 running cost carried by space nobody sits in. At this occupancy 5,600 of 14,000 square feet could be released, which is the figure a lease renewal turns on.
