# Cafmlane

> Cafmlane publishes four free sheets for a small facilities team evaluating computer-aided facility management (space utilization, cost per square foot, maintenance backlog and asset replacement) that compute in the browser from figures the user enters, and sells Cafmlane Pro at $39 a month, which keeps every asset with its location, condition and expected life, every space with its occupancy, and every work order against the asset it belongs to.
